Carnival Cruise Line enthusiasts will be thrilled to hear that the eagerly awaited 2024 main dining room menus are here, promising a delightful evolution in onboard culinary experiences. Carnival Cruise Line, in building upon the successes of recent enhancements, is introducing a diverse selection of nearly 60 new entree options that will circulate across the entire fleet, providing guests with an even wider range of dining possibilities.
It's worth noting that there will be limitations on the number of entrees guests can order, with a maximum of two entrees per guest. Should guests wish to order more than two entrees, they will incur an additional charge of $5 per entree. However, the appetizers and desserts will remain unlimited, providing guests with a diverse dining experience while managing food consumption.
These enhancements have been carefully curated with valuable input from guests. The process began as a trial aboard the Carnival Dream and has since evolved into a collection of exciting dining room offerings that are now ready for fleetwide implementation, in accordance with the schedule outlined at the end of this article.

*Please note: For cruises 7 days or longer, the second Elegant Night will be happen on the second to last night of the cruise with lobster being added to this menu. At this time that is the only difference between the two Elegant Night Menus. Two lobsters are complimentary, each additional lobster ordered will be charged $5.00/each

On special occasions like Thanksgiving and Christmas, Carnival Cruise Line offers festive holiday editions of the main dining room menus to enhance the celebratory spirit on board.
Carnival Cruise Line and Emeril Lagasse have entered into a partnership to enhance the onboard dining experience for Carnival's guests. As part of this collaboration, Emeril Lagasse, a renowned chef known for his New Orleans-style cuisine, has created exclusive menus and signature dishes for select dining venues across Carnival's fleet of ships.
The partnership aims to introduce guests to a diverse range of culinary offerings, showcasing Emeril's culinary expertise and adding a touch of gourmet dining to the cruise experience. The menus feature a variety of dishes, including seafood specialties and desserts, designed to cater to different tastes and preferences.
By joining forces with Emeril Lagasse, Carnival Cruise Line aims to elevate its onboard dining options and provide guests with exceptional culinary experiences. The partnership strengthens Carnival's commitment to delivering high-quality and memorable moments for its passengers, combining the expertise of a renowned chef with the expertise of a leading cruise company.
New main dining room menus will also include offerings from Carnival’s popular specialty dining restaurants, so more guests may experience the wide variety of great food offered across the fleet.
Carnival chefs are also addressing larger portion offerings for certain entrees, along with additional vegetarian options and entrée salads.

The new dining room menus were released on the Carnival Dream in June and Carnival Conquest in July of 2023.

Carnival Breeze: September 2, 2023

Carnival Celebration: September 9, 2023

Four additional ships, the Carnival Luminosa, Carnival Vista, Carnival Horizon, and the Carnival Splendor, will receive the new dining menu at the start of 2024.
The Carnival Pride and the Carnival Venezia are also scheduled to get the new menus. Those dates have not been released yet.
The new Carnival Jubilee will receive the new menus soon after entering service in December.
