Dinner at The Haven Restaurant is an exclusive dining experience available only to guests staying in The Haven. The updated menu features appetizers like Lobster Deviled Eggs, Miso-Glazed Pork Belly, Porcini Risotto, and Baked Crab and Shrimp Dumplings, followed by entrées including Surf and Turf with lobster tail and filet mignon, Pan-Seared Scallops, Double-Cut Lamb Chops, Grilled New York Strip Steak, and Squid Ink Pasta with Jumbo Shrimp. Vegetarian options include Roasted Butternut Squash, along with a selection of soups, salads, and sides. For dessert, choices include Noir et Or dark chocolate crémeux, Pistachio Baklava Cheesecake, Grand Marnier Mille Feuilles, Mascarpone Strawberry Coupe, and ice cream and sorbet selections.
