Palomar's bar stood out with a more extensive wine list than other restaurants on the ship, a plus for those who appreciate a wide range of selections. The service was attentive and efficient, adding to the overall positive dining experience.
The standout dishes were undoubtedly the seafood. In particular, the grilled octopus was tender and rich in flavor, and the Dover sole was light, fresh, and delicately lemony. These dishes exemplify Palomar's dedication to creating authentic Mediterranean cuisine using the freshest ingredients.
