Norwegian Encore Resumes Service from Miami

Today, the Norwegian Encore resumed weekly service from Miami, Florida. Norwegian Encore completed service in Alaska in October and transited the Panama Canal to Miami. Due to delays in the canal, the first scheduled sailing was cancelled last week. The Norwegian Encore was the final ship in the “Breakaway-Plus” class ship Norwegian Cruise Line launched back in 2019. The ship resumes weekly Miami service with a seven night eastern Caribbean cruise, porting in Nassau, Bahamas, St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, Tortola, British Virgin Islands and the NCL private island, Great Stirrup Cay in the Bahamas.

We have welcomed back more than 110,000 guests worldwide as part of our global redeployment efforts. Our Great Cruise Comeback stems beyond the relaunch of our vessels but also the return of our shipboard team members who have been excited to return to deliver unforgettable vacations experiences to our guests.
— Harry Sommer, President and CEO, Norwegian Cruise Line.
