Our recent voyage gave us the opportunity to sample almost everything on the menu at Pink Agave. Dining with a group of seven allowed us to taste a variety of dishes, and the result was unanimous: everything we had was absolutely delicious, flavorful, fresh, and high quality.

The Pink Agave experience begins with appetizers served as small and medium plates, perfect for sharing among a group. We ordered at least two or three of each and found them to be perfect conversation starters, as each dish sparked excitement and anticipation for what was to come.

Moving on to the large plated entrees, each was as delightful as the next. The steak, juicy and bursting with flavor, was beautifully complemented by melted Oaxaca cheese. The bass was flaky and delicious, served with a verde sauce and fruit chutney that accentuated its freshness. The duck, cooked to perfection, was heavenly with the yam puree, and the smoked pork was tender and delicious, with a sweet and spicy pico de gallo adding an exciting twist.

The culinary journey at Pink Agave culminated in a dessert round that was nothing short of fantastic. The group favorite was the chocolate tamal, a dense but smooth dessert paired with a bright fruit salsa that created a beautiful flavor contrast. Close contenders were the chocolate tacos, featuring a crunchy shell enveloping a velvety filling, and the milhojas, a delicate ensemble of light, fluffy pastry cream sandwiched between crunchy, thin puff pastry layers.
