Guy's Burger Joint is a culinary collaboration between Carnival Cruise Line and Guy Fieri, a Food Network star known for his love of classic American comfort food. This complimentary eatery, open for lunch, captures the essence of a casual roadside burger shack, offering a selection of hearty, flavorful burgers and hand-cut fries at no additional cost.
Guy’s Burger Joint Signature Menu Items
The menu features the Plain Jane, a classic cheeseburger; The Ringer, which adds an onion ring; the Straight Up with special sauce and fresh produce; the Piggy Patty, doubling down with a bacon patty; and the Chillius Maximus, loaded with toppings. Every burger is served on a buttered bun, adding an extra level of indulgence to each bite. There's also a toppings bar allowing guests to customize their burgers with a variety of add-ons like bacon, onions, mushrooms, pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce. Not to be overlooked are the "super melty cheese" (S.M.T.) and the signature "donkey sauce," a flavorful blend of mayo, garlic, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
For those with dietary preferences or restrictions, veggie burgers are available upon request. Additionally, for ships departing from Texas, there's an exclusive off-menu item called the Big Tex Burger, which includes two beef patties with cheese sauce and American cheese, onions, lettuce, pickles, tomato, Donkey Sauce, roasted green chili salsa, melted butter with roasted garlic, and tortilla strips.
